Information for Vendors

We host vendor markets at two of the annual events we organize: the Beltaine Faire and the Lughnasadh Festival Weekend. Prospective vendors must apply to be featured in these events through their respective event pages / registration forms.

** You, as a vendor, are responsible for providing your own insurance and appropriate business license. Please ensure that you have a copy with you on-site in case authorities request to see it. The Organizer is NOT responsible for the assurance of appropriate business licensing to sell products or services

At Beltaine:

– Vendors will arrive to set up before the Faire starts and will be expected to be open all day
– Vendors will have the option of being featured outside or in the hall
– Those vendors who are featured outside will need to provide their own tables, chairs, and gazebos
– Those vendors who are featured inside will have access to tables and chairs owned by the hall

At Lugnasadh:

– Vendors will be allowed to arrive a few hours before the general public on the Friday to set up
– All vendors will be featured outside, and will therefore need to provide their own tables, chairs, and gazebos
– Vendors will be expected to be open for an hour after lunch and an hour after dinner
– Vendors may be open during additional times at their own discretion
– Lughnasadh has two options for vending: Saturday pop-up vendors, and full weekend vendors
– Saturday pop-up vendors will not have access to the rest of the festival, unless they register separately for the weekend as a participant

What we will need from you:
– The name of your company
– A description of the products/services you provide
– Any relevant web or social media information
– Your vendor fee

** Vendors are not considered to be confirmed until their vendor fee has been received
