Panfest Vendor Community
The pagan and pagan-friendly community love to support our vendors at the PANFEST weekend and PANFEST-hosted events like the Edmonton Beltaine Faire. Here we would like to highight past vendors and encourage you to support them as they support our festival!
Vending at Panfest
We have two types of vendor opportunities at Panfest: Saturday-only pop up or full weekend.
Weekend vendors attend the whole weekend and are considered attendees.
This means they sign up for and are committed to volunteer shifts!
Vendors who wish to only vend at the Pop-Up Market are able to pay for weekend passes to stay as regular guest for the remainder of the festival. Otherwise, they must leave at the end of the Saturday Pop-Up Market.
SATURDAY ONLY POP-UP MARKET VENDORS
Details:
- One 10 x 10 vendor space
- Date: Saturday, August 3th from 10am-4pm. Gates will open at 9am for setup.
There is space for six pop-up vendors at Panfest.
Vendors will receive a business size advertising in the program for free – they can upgrade to a larger size as per the fees on the Fee Schedule in the vendor registration form.
Send advertisement to registration@panfest.ca by July 5, 2019 to ensure it will be received in time for printing.
