Commonwealth Stadium

Commonwealth Stadium runs its concessions with volunteers from various groups as a fundraising opportunities. PANFEST is one such group, having worked in Ice Cream sales, Chicken and Ribs West concession, and now Salty West concession. The stadium is a very lucrative opportunity for our organization, and was the main reason we were able to survive in spite of COVID-19. Without the revenue generated from this volunteer opportunity, PANFEST would not be able to carry forward with our much beloved festivals and community programming.

Shifts run for around 6 hours, and consist of:

• preparing food,
• running cash registers, and
• coordination between the kitchen and front end staff.

Our group has our own concession, so we are all together the whole time. Shifts are a blast, with lots of fun, laughs, and camaraderie. Each volunteer shift worked gains you a $20 registration credit to our Lughnasadh Festival Weekend, so if you work enough shifts you could end up with your registration totally free! Credits can also be transferred to a friend / family member. Volunteer game tickets also provide free access to city transit on game day, and volunteers get a free meal.
