For your safety and privacy, all rituals and workshops are held on the festival site and admittance to and from the gate is monitored. Only PRE-APPROVED workshops and rituals are allowed on site. Any private group or individual wishing to conduct a workshop or impromptu ritual (even for private groups) will be required to get approval from the Current Event Coordinator to ensure that nothing interferes with pre-planned activities and designated spaces. Any non-sanctioned activities and/or events that run late will be interrupted and/or stopped by PanFest Security and a Current Board Member. Patrons must register any group activities for security, insurance but more importantly for volunteer and time management at the festival. This is to ensure that all persons putting time and effort into creating a stunning and dazzling 10th anniversary festival will not have their time/space intruded upon by others. Security will be enforcing volunteer commitments throughout the weekend. |
