In order to attend PanFest, you must register. This allows us to ensure that there will be enough food (and space) for everyone who attends. You can register via mail, or register online. Cost To Attend:
Every attendee over the age of 10 is required to contribute a minimum of two hours of assigned volunteer time each day. Security will ensure that all festival participants contribute to their volunteer time and parents are required to spend an additional 1 (one) hour volunteer time with the children’s activities program per child. This festival does not happen without help from everyone attending and volunteering offers wonderful opportunities to meet some new friends and learn about different spiritual philosophies over dishes or around the fire. Presenting a workshop or ritual is not considered volunteer time! Volunteer commitments are taken seriously and may not be traded during festival. Scholarships:Scholarships are made possible by the generousity of other pagans. This fund is to assist cover partial or full costs of registration, therefore allowing everyone the opportunity to attend PanFest without causing undue financial distress. Scholarship recipients are confidential, however we ask that ONLY those in actual financial need use this option as funds are limited. Applicants to the scholarship program may not use the scholarship fund two years in a row and will not be permitted to purchase any PanFest merchandise. If during the festival, scholarship applicants have funds to spare, donations to the Scholarship Fund will be accepted. Scholarships are available to those in financial distress and will be approved at the discretion of the Registrar and Board of Directors. For more information about the scholarship fund or making a donation to support this great cause Email Us.
Registering Children:Children must be listed on a responsible adult's registration form. Adults registering with minors for whom they are not the legal parent or guardian must include a signed waiver from the legal guardian granting permission of attendance. There are spaces on the Registration Forms for two children, if you require more space please staple a separate sheet to your form with the information required. PanFest offers children activities during the festival; this program is designed to assist parents in keeping their children interested in learning about paganism. PanFest is not responsible for childcare or babysitting and all children must be monitored and/or supervised by a guardian. Unattended children under 10, will be returned promptly to their responsible adult with a verbal warning from security; children that are old enough to be left alone, must conduct themselves accordingly. Children must be monitored during any activity including vending, presenting a workshop or ritual, or during scheduled volunteer times. This festival is family friendly, but parents are reminded that the festival does not monitor attendees and children can be vulnerable in any situation. A minor is considered to be anyone under 18 years of age, and children aged 10+ are expected to contribute with modified assigned volunteer tasks. The Bus & Car Pooling:
